Hello, I have a Samsung SSD, and I plan to upgrade to a larger one. I just wonder if I can use Acronis Crucial to perform the cloning since I have it on my PC now. If not, is there any other free option to clone my Samsung SSD? Thanks in advance.

No, you cannot use Acronis True Image for Crucial to clone a Samsung SSD. The Acronis True Image software is specifically designed to work only with Crucial SSDs. It will not recognize or allow cloning of SSDs from other manufacturers like Samsung.
To clone a Samsung SSD, you need Samsung Data Migration software, which is free and designed for cloning Samsung SSDs. Or, you can use third-party cloning tools like EaseUS Partition Master, which supports cloning Samsung disks.
This tool offers a free feature called "Clone Partition," which can help you clone your Samsung SSD. You can clone all the data partition by partition for free.
Here's how:
Step 1. Install your two SSDs on the computer and open EaseUS Partition Master.
Step 2. In the "Disk Clone" tab, choose "Clone Partition" and select the target partition.
Step 3. Then, select a destination drive on another disk.
Step 4. Confirm disk layout and start. Repeat the steps above if you have multiple partitions on your SSD.
