How to Recover Crashed Excel Files or Restore Its Previous Version

I was completing a crucial worksheet, and I had twice saved it. The file is nowhere to be found after Excel crashed. I've tried everything I can think of, including the recycle bin, Excel's auto-recover feature, system-wide searches, and more. It has just vanished. Any recommendations? Possibly renaming it in some way. Is it possible to restore my computer to its previous state before the crash? Will it return the document? Thanks.

On this page, we will offer complete solutions to help you bring your lost Excel files back now.

The first solution is to use the Excel file recovery software. It might be upsetting to lose an Excel file that hasn't been saved, especially if you've worked on it for a while. There is still hope, though; data recovery software might be able to help you retrieve your XLSX/XLS files. Here we recommend EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard, which can scan your hard drive for crashed Office Excel files and restore the excel files from the previous version.
