Windows 11 didn't start properly problem may be caused by various reasons: poor power supply, software/hardware errors, BIOS setting issues, file system corruption, and viruses/malware infection. Don't worry. By using the right tool - EaseUS Partition Master, you can bid farewell to the unbootable issues.
EaseUS Partition Master Professional is a reliable tool that can repair irritating startup issues without losing data. Its "Boot Repair" function can be applied to the blue/black/yellow screen of death. In addition, this software can work with all Windows editions from Windows 7 to Windows 11.
Install this software on your other healthy computer and start solving Windows 11 didn't start properly:
Step 1. Connect an external drive or USB to this healthy computer and launch EaseUS Partition Master, enter "Bootable Media," and click "Create bootable media."
Step 2. Select an available USB and choose "Create." (You can also burn the Windows ISO file from the official site) to the USB.
Step 3. Plug the bootable drive into the unbootable computer and restart it by long-pressing F2/Del to enter the BIOS Settings. Then, change the WinPE bootable drive to the boot drive and press F10 to save and exit.
Step 4. Reboot the computer and enter the WinPE interface. Then, go to EaseUS Partition Master and click "Boot Repair" under the "Toolkit" tab.
Step 5. Select the Windows system you want to repair and click "Repair."
Step 6. Wait till you receive a message that the system has been successfully repaired. Click "OK" to close.
