I can transfer small files from my 500GB Samsung 850 pro SSD to a new one without any problem. But when it gets into larger files, it will transfer maybe a quarter of it and then get stuck. Right now, it says it's 1% complete, 32GB trying to transfer, and it's estimated 30 minutes to transfer. Why can't I transfer these files successfully to the other SSD? Appreciate any answers.

The most possible reason why you can't transfer large files to another SSD is that one of your SSDs is faulty.
To check if your SSD is corrupted or not, you can download EaseUS Partition Master Free. It can help you check its file system and examine if bad sectors exist.
After downloading, follow the steps below to begin:
Step 1. Open EaseUS Partition Master and select the target partition of your SSD in the "Partition Manager" tab.
Step 2. Right-click on it and select "Advanced" > "Check File System."
Step 3. Tick "Try to fix errors if found" and start the process. This will help you detect disk errors in your SSD and repair them.
Step 4. After this, right-click on your SSD and choose "Surface Test" to check bad sectors.
If no errors are found in your SSDs, it could be the incompatibility of the file system. You can see if your SSD is formatted as FAT32 since you said it suggests "32GB trying to transfer." If so, you can convert it to NTFS by using EaseUS Partition Master to avoid data loss.
Step 1. In EaseUS Partition Master, right-click on the SSD partition.
Step 2. Choose "Advanced" > "FAT to NTFS" and start the process.
After this, try transferring your files again and see if it works.
